Most orders are typically delivered within 7 business days or less after being shipped in Canada, and 10 business days to USA. 6 business days if use tracked packet USA service. Processing and shipping times may be delayed due to holiday influx, Covid-19 outbreaks and natural disasters.

Shipping Guidelines

Orders are shipped from QC, Canada. From monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. except on weekends or holidays.

Once an order has processed, the shipping method cannot be changed or upgraded

If you live in a remote location (especially one that Canada post does not service), free shipping may not apply to your order

We will email you with a quote from a courier that delivers to your area

We are unable to ship to PO boxes

We are unable to ship to addresses outside Canada or USA, unless you ask us by email, we will send you a shipping quote by email. If a delivery service is possible in your area by our carriers. Orders from Canada to the USA might or might not have Duty fees, infinitycobra does not collect or calculate these fees in the final price. It is your responsibility to inquire about those fees before buying on are website.

DELIVERY ATTEMPT FAILED If the designated carrier cannot deliver your package due to any of the following reasons, your order will be refunded completely minus any fees or addittional charges for a returned order. -Incorrect address, No access to mailbox, Missing unit information, No access to unit. *We will first attempt to contact you for alternative arrangements or to verify shipping information. You are responsible for all shipping fees in cases where delivery attempts fail.

Once your order ships your tracking information will be emailed to you. If you have not received tracking information, please check your spam folder. If you're still unable to locate it, please contact us. Tracking not available for small packet USA air, only available with tracked packet USA service with a fee.
